Where do I get a Redemption Code & PIN?
We do not market this website directly to consumers. GroceryCard.com is sold to companies who use it as a premium. You will need to contact the company who gave you the information for our program to get an access code.

How Often are the Coupons on GroceryCard.com updated?
Coupons are updated daily for the Clipping service.
Is There a Limit on the Total Number of Coupons I Can Order?
The total number of coupons you can order is equal to the value listed on
your booklet, card or Welcome Letter. However, we do have some limits on the number of coupons of one type you can order.
For our coupon clipping service, we have a limit of five on any one specific coupon.
We do this so that all members have equal opportunity to enjoy the savings
our coupons have to offer.
Do I have to use the full value of my Redemption Code on one Order?
This depends on the value of your Redemption Code. If you have a Redemption code that has a value of $100 or less, then
you must select a variety of coupons that equals, or comes very close to equaling, the stated value of your Redemption Code
as you will only have one time to place your order. This will maximize your savings potential. All redemption Codes with
a value greater than $100 may place multiple orders until the Redemption Code value has been reached or (1) year has passed from the date of your first order.

When Do the Grocery Coupons Expire?
The grocery coupons expire at varying times, based on the manufacturers who provide them. As you browse through the coupons, we
will show you when each coupon expires so you know this before you complete your order and receive your coupons.
We're refreshing the coupons and adding new ones all the time.
How Long Does it Take to Receive the Coupons
GroceryCard.com Clips for Me?
Typically, it takes us about 24 hours to process, clip, and ship your order. From there, depending on where you're located, your coupons should arrive in 4-6 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
What if the Coupons Arrive and Have Already Expired?
That should never happen. As you browse through the coupons, we tell you
when each coupon expires so that you know before you complete your order and
receive your coupons.
